Need to Know

This is extreme terrain with extreme weather. You MUST bring warm clothes, food, and water. This is a steep hike to the top and requires plenty of time. Avalanches are a threat in this area. Beware the 55 degree cornice at the top of the route.

Description

Hike up the obvious chute on the left side of Tuckerman's Ravine. From the top of the line it curves to the left to rejoin other routes back into the base of the ravine. Take care to foresee and avoid rocks.

Always check the avalanche forecast and make your own assessment prior to skiing here.
