Description

Directly above the parking lot at Taos Ski Valley, the top of the line is on Avalanche Ridge above Long Canyon. Dropping from the ridge the trees are tight leading into a drainage, slope angle gradually decreases and the trees open up into a gully. Watch for fallen trees and random boulders strewn about. The bottom levels out before you leave the forest onto the cutbank above the lot.
