Description

When this line is filled in enough to ride, knowledge of alpine terrain and experience riding steep, technical lines is necessary. It is recommended to carry an ice axe and know how to self arrest, as the entrance is gnarly. From Kachina's summit, ride past the top of the K9 Couloir, past the rock outcrop to the top of the Easter Couloir. The line is not visible from here; it snakes to the left between some cliffs then the narrow cut chute makes a right turn. There's a large cliff at the bottom to skier's left before it opens onto the apron.
