Trail shared by Zander Göpfert

A fun, moderate option to get warmed up.

Zander Göpfert
Type: Backcountry or Sidecountry

Description

As these lines get progressively steeper and narrower, this is the first of the steeper/skinnier lines. That said, it's not bad at all and there aren't any obstacles to be wary of. To the looker's right (skier's left) there is a first option on X Bowl that is much wider, but also shorter and at a lower grade.

Looking up from the base of Hidden Knoll. A good, unobstructed view to choose your lines.

Lots of terrain to choose from with each chute from right to left (west to east) getting progressively tighter and steeper. (Photo taken closer to Hidden Knoll than location shows).
