Ascend a ridge line to the peak of Lenawee Mountain for access to a number of pitches.

Gunks Jesse
Type: Backcountry or Sidecountry

Description

Park in the Arapaho Basin upper parking lot and begin your ascent of the obvious shoulder to the top of Lenawee Mountain. The main use of this ascent route is to reach the Sh** for Brains line. This is probably the steepest skiable line in Summit County. A careful traverse of the ridge line will lead to Marjorie Bowl.
