Description

This approach is long, difficult, and beautiful. Be sure that your group sticks together for this one as things can get a little confusing with all of the snowmobile tracks and the fact that the track tops out above 12k ft.

If you're intending to do this route with your full overnight pack, don't. Unless you're some über athlete doing crazy stuff in the off-season, please contact Jerry Gray at Hinsdale Haute Route. Jerry sherpa'd our gear (and a lot of booze) out to the yurt, and it made our trip possible!
