Overview

Amazing views and terrific skiing when the conditions are right. We had corn snow almost the entire run of the Gulch.

Need to Know

This area can get extremely crowded on weekends and holidays. This is the easiest route up and down from the summit so expect a lot of people.

Description

On a good year, skiing off the summit is possible I hear. We encountered a lot of rime skiing up high and used crampons to ascend/descend the top 100 ft or so.
