Overview

A great option with some of the better snow on the west side of Vail Pass.

Description

From the ridgeline south of Uneva Peak, there are numerous excellent lines to choose from. This one is on more west-facing slopes and can have better snow than the more southerly faces.

The upper bowl is wide open, but the lower section is loosely treed, which makes for easy fun skiing and the shade helps preserve the snow a bit more than the giant stump field to the south.
