Overview
Type: Backcountry or Sidecountry
From Qua Lake the safest line back to the lodge gently traverses north side of Qua Creek until the trees and terrain open up. A smaller creek on right is followed to the lodge, heading through open forested terrain.
From the lodge, a flat traverse is followed for 300m until steep open terrain above is avoided. You'll then begin a traverse to gain the ridge, which is followed easily to the summit of Qua Peak.
