A relatively straightforward approach that follows a road for most of it's length.

Description

Approaching the Throne from the Battle Ridge parking area is a relatively quick and straightforward tour. The majority of the approach is rolling or flat with only a couple of short steep climbs, including the final push to the top of the Throne.

Once you get to the top of the Throne there are a variety of lines in all directions, all of which offer excellent skiing. To get back to the car at the end of the day you'll want to re-join the skin track and retrace your route.
