Description

This is a great way to access the skiing on Mt. Victoria and Royal Mountain. It is an easy approach up old roadcuts through the forest and eventually takes you to the saddle between Royal Mountain and Mt. Victoria, which gives you access to classic ski descents like "The Coinslot" and "The Mt. Victoria Chute".

The approach to the saddle takes approximately 30 minutes.
