A long line of tight trees.

Nick Wilder
Type: Backcountry or Sidecountry

Description

This line has good skiing and the major advantages of starting right at the hut and ending right on the approach trail back to the hut!

From the hut, head west and pick your way through the trees as far as you want. When it's time to bail, simply ski to the right until you find the Camp Hale to Jackal Hut approach trail (it's a road, you can't miss it).

Good skiing in bad weather.
