Park in the Ashby Wildlife Management Area parking lot. No fees, parking is limited so arrive early.
Description
Ascent starts by crossing a field and descending a short, easy trail through the woods (not worth removing your skins yet). Cross through the old parking lot, and up the access trail. You'll pass an old concrete utility shed on the left, and a monument to Mount Watatic on the right. Main ascent is on the left, shortly after the monument.
