Overview

This is an awesome chute down the northwest face of Lincoln.

Description

The correct line is fairly difficult to pick out from above. Look for a wide, apron-looking chute with rock features on the skier's left. We stayed left and enjoyed the tight features made by the rocks.

The couloir keeps getting narrower as you go. If you're lucky, it comes with a happy ending, a quick left turn to miss some rocks, and then a beautiful apron to finish a little-known 14er descent.
