a great run that departs into tight trees, then wide open trees to the top of the upper sled hill

Type: Backcountry or Sidecountry

Need to Know

There is a small boulder field at the bottom of the funnel.

Description

Park at the 2nd pullout. This run is down the clearing that meets this parking lot. Ski straight down the clearing and meet the boulder field at the bottom, go through the tight trees which lead to wide open trees.

Don't get sucked right- ski slightly left and down and you'll meet a trail that feeds into the upper portion of the sled hill. Keep your speed up to get to the bottom.
