Description

Follow the instructions for the Jones Pass South Ascent from the west end of the winter trailhead at the parking area. To access Peak 12,673, continue on Jones Pass Road, which crosses the saddle between Peak 12673 and Peak 12085. This is the high point of the pass. You can see the road continuing on the back side of the peaks. It is best to follow the ridge line to your intended descent. Alternately, split off the skin track below your line and skin / boot pack up to the top.

Pick your line and ski the steep face down to the mellow bowl below.
