Need to Know

There are lots of stumps and logs in this area. Plan on picking your way through some tight brush to get out.

Description

This is an incredible place just to be in, especially after a good storm loads the trees up with snow. The skiing isn't fantastic, but you can expect some good first tracks even several days after a storm. The pine trees seem to go on and on in every direction. It is very quiet and just beautiful.

Ride the Tannenbaum Express Quad and go right off the lift. Stay left on the trail system and cut off Mistletow into a thick glade. Continue to traverse left away from the trail systems. This is an unmarked area of the resort. You'll definitely know when you've arrived. Enjoy the surroundings before making some first tracks. You'll re-enter the resort's main trail system on Spruce Line.
