Trail shared by Gunks Jesse

Use the fire road ascent as the line of descent.

Gunks Jesse
Type: Backcountry or Sidecountry

Need to Know

There are several areas that are very narrow and moderately steep with trees and rocks encroaching on the line. Use caution that you don't pick up too much speed too fast.

Description

Follow the fire trail for the entire length of the descent. This makes the descent easier than the direct route and is a good option in the dark or in thin conditions.
