A gentle open slope in the 30°, with great open trees.

Need to Know

The snow can be really GOOD, so get here early. Even though this is a relatively safe area, there is always the chance of a slide.

Description

A fun area that can be lapped again and again. Once you skin up, there is a larger open area just above tree line that flattens out. De-skin here, there are many opportunities for descents that will keep you on slopes under the 30 range all taking you into great open trees. When the trees tighten up get your skins back on and head back up your skin track for more of the good stuff. When its time to head out fallow your skin track back to you car and I-70.
