Type: Backcountry or Sidecountry

For those that prefer tree skiing to open slopes, this is your ticket. It has the same easy approach and cool summit as Point 12,313 East, but the skiing is steeper and the trees are beautifully spaced for fun.

Ski down wherever you want (more west for steeper lines, east for shallower slopes) and stop whenever you feel the slope angle starts getting too flat. Skiing all the way to the Colorado Trail might be easiest, and makes it easy to head back to your skin track.
