Overview
If you are a downhill skier or snowboarder, the best lift-serviced area in Interior Alaska is Ski Land. It's out the Steese Highway on Cleary Summit. There's one chairlift (1024 feet of vertical) and about 400 acres of terrain. For the snow report call 907-456-SNOW (7669). Check out the website at skiland.org.
