After the Ski Line: Local Favorites

Red Mesa Grill There are now Vegetarian and Vegan menus available along with the gluten free menu!
Taco House David T is a joke! Taco House is well known for great food.
Centre Street Cafe Swamp soup
Dino's Pizza Best pizza in TC hands down. Open later than most places in the area which is awesome and one of the employees is pretty fine, added bonus!
Scalawags White Fish & Chips Get the au gratin potatoes instead of fries.
Blue Tractor Cook Shop Get the northern express on monday for the $3 burger! Pretty good deal.
Morsels Awesomely delectable bite-size desserts & coffee. Check out the morsels named after authors from the National Writer's Series!
Blue Heron 2 Everything made to order, fresh, locally sourced, inventive. Small place but one of the few places I'll wait to get in. Bread and bakery excellent. One of my faves!
408 Union, Traverse City MI — (231) 778-2583
Grand Traverse Pie Co. Downtown Remember that the profits from this store will be donated to local charities!!!!
101 N Park, Traverse City MI — (231) 933-3972
The Towne Plaza Man that Busser there sure is cute.
Georgina's Amazing food. Chef comes and talks to each and every guest and asks about their likes and creates some amazingly passionate food. I'll be back for sure and recommend many to try it as well!
Poppycock's Evan was amazing. Great service. Thx. Oh, and the creamy pesto pasta was super.
The Dish Cafe TC's Favorite: Dried cherries, walnuts, gorgonzola cheese and orange-ginger vinaigrette, also can add chicken. It's Traverse City - have a salad with cherries in it!
J & S Hamburg Try the French Toast!! It's super yummy!
Trattoria Stella Purchase most of their ingredients from local farms practicing sustainable farming and list them on their menu. They also butcher their meat on premise.
Grand Traverse Pie Company Great service, great food. The blueberry crumb pie is my favorite. Also, you can't go wrong with the beef pot pie - comfort food at its best.
Mary's Kitchen Port Gobbler: Salted Bread, Turkey, Let/Tom, some kind of cheese and mayo... I could live on it... That good.
Spanglish Delicious Mexican specialties - I'm a huge fan of the Three Sisters vegetarian tamales. Butternut squash = yum! You can get them for there or in packages of 6 to go.
Bay Bread The veggie sandwich is very yummy! Great salads too!
