Food & Drink

After the Ski Line: Local Favorites

Bert's Cafe Tons of homemade items.
Jaliscos Great food. Always happy employes.
Sprouts Cafe Tofu bowl? Don't do it. It doesn't have any flavor. Plenty of other things on the menu that are well worth your time and hard earned cash.
Blue Angel Cafe & Catering Co. Great relaxed apres ski atmosphere, and good food.
California Main Lodge You can activate your EpicMix account right in the California Main Lodge cafeteria. Just look for the computers and EpicMix sign.
Goodfellas Pizza Me gustó la pizza de Goodfellas Pizza. Por $20 tuvimos una deliciosa pizza de pollo barbacoa con aguacate para 3 personas y nos sobró casi la mitad.
Himmel Haus The finest food and beer in South Lake Tahoe. The homemade pickles are legendary and they have Hacker on tap!!!
IHOP Put napkin under pancake plate to force syrup to flow to the side with room to collect it. Less spilling.
Lotus Pho surprisingly decent pho in Tahoe. grilled pork is also delicious. Thai tea is super strong, be prepared for caffeine high.
California Burger Co. Great burgers and live music
Driftwood Cafe Best breakfast in the village
Maya's Mexican Grill A tiny little place that has some delicious Mexican grub! Try the breakfast burrito with chorizo.
Taqueria Jimenez $1 tacos ftw.
Blue Dog Gourmet Pizza Not gunna lie... The pizza here was awesome!
The Loft Theatre-Lounge-Dining The table-side magician is amazing. Great restaurant, lounge, and gorgeous theatre with nightly shows.
Base Camp Pizza Good food and drinks. Very generous pours :)
Fire + Ice Personally, I don't like picking my own food combinations and standing around forever to have the food cooked...especially not at $30 a person. Come for the fire pits & drinks- skip the food.
Super Tacos Great cheap Mexican food. It has outdoor seating and perfect for eating and mountain watching.
Cinnabon Everything the small and big buns
