Overview

A fun first pitch off the summit of a 13er that mellows out significantly as you descend towards the winter trail closure. Tons of lines and bowls available on this route.

Need to Know

There is a lot of private land in this area, be well aware of public versus private lands.

Description

You can see the summit of Sheridan from the winter gate closure and most of Four Mile Road. This cirque is a treasure trove of endless ski lines; with Sheridan being an obvious summit and line to ski.

Countless bowls and wide gullies create a lot of cool skiing in this area. Avalanche danger is prevalent and riders should be well-versed on the day's FCST.
