Burn Hut Access

Type: Backcountry or Sidecountry

From the trailhead, route parallels a main road on gradual inclines and flat sections. Once the road ends, the route continues crossing the National Forest boundary and becomes double wide trail width.

Shortly after crossing the boundary, there is an intersection in a small clearing. Take the left turn to continue following the wide trail to the east. About 100 feet after the intersection, there is a Y-shaped intersection, the left fork will continue to Burn Hut.

Follow the trail until it opens into a clearing, and ascend to the right towards Whitehouse Creek. Burn Hut will be about 300 feet after Whitehouse Creek.
