Avalanche risk for Nov 26, 2017: Low

Generally safe avalanche conditions. Watch for unstable snow on isolated terrain features. Natural and human-triggered avalanches unlikely.

Mt. Millicent is accessed from Brighton's Milly Backcountry Gate and offers access to Milly Bowl and Mt. Wolverine.

Asher Margolies
Type: Backcountry or Sidecountry

Description

Exit through the Milly Backcountry gate and boot pack 600 feet up to Millicent Peak. The steep Milly Bowl is directly below Millicent Peak but ski patrol often closes the run for guest safety. Even when the backcountry gate is open, Milly Bowl might not be open.

Expect it to take about 30 minutes to summit Millicent Peak from the Crest Backcountry Gate.
