Beehive Basin or Bear Basin are very near Big Sky ski area, and there's a variety of terrain. Further afield, consider heading up Dudley Creek or Deer Creek - a few miles N of Big Sky turn-off on Highway 191. Even further north, you can skin up about 3000' to the Garnet Mountain Lookout, and ski the chute on the north side all the way down to the trailhead, if it's in condition. Check the Gallatin Avy report at mtavalanche.com. It's been pretty warm lately - lots of meltout down low; not sure what conditions will be at the lower areas of Gallatin Canyon, but the first 3 places listed are higher and should be fine.
